What is PU leather?

PU leather is similar to Bi-cast leather and is a man-made material with a split leather backing and a polyurethane coating making it easier to clean and maintain.

What is gold or silver plating?

Gold plating is a method of depositing a thin layer of gold onto the surface of another metal, most often copper or silver (to make silver-gilt), by chemical or electrochemical plating. Silver plating is a method that can be used to apply a thin layer of silver to objects.

What happened when an item was sold out?

All our products are limited in quantity. When an item is sold out we remove it from the collection and replace it with another different product. 

Where are my products shipping from?

We are all about bringing you unique and special items. So we source items from all over the world. We find the best manufacturers, designers and the coolest stuff just for you.

 How do discounts work?

Sometimes Mereki Store has Sale Events, where you don't need to apply any coupon for getting discounts. Also, we offer Promo Code Sales where you need to apply the right code to get any discount associated with the offer. Some restrictions can apply for every sale. Every item on sale shows their discount on the pricing list and includes FREE SHIPPING.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders cannot be changed or canceled online. Contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. Our automated processes fill orders in less than 24 hours, so the time window for changes or cancellations is very short.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed within 24 hours from the time you place it. Once the order is in place, no change can be made.

What is your exchange policy?

Everyday sales promotions are final and non-refundable. We don't accept return unless there is a defect or damage product. In the event that an order is shipped with a defect or damage, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days after receiving the item. The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.

How much is shipping cost?

At this moment all shipping costs are free for all destinations available.

What is your shipping policy?

An estimated delivery date comes on an email shipping confirmation, after your order is placed. These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. We ship orders Monday to Friday. If you place an order after 12 am (ET), Friday to Sunday, it will be processed until the next business day (Monday).

How long will it take for shipping?

Your merchandise will be processed by standard shipping 24 hours after the order is placed. US orders will be shipped and will be received between 14-30 days after the purchase. Orders outside the US, will receive between 20-60 business days.

Shipping times may vary during high volume ordering periods.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking numbers are included in your shopping confirmation email. Alternatively, you can use platforms like 17track.net, global.cainiao.com, usps.com, to track your parcel(s).

If your tracking number doesn't work, please contact us so we can make sure that your item(s) are properly shipped.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Provide us with a photo or video of the item, your order number and let us know what happens to help us expedite your replacement process.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect product? 

If you received an incorrect product contact us, please include your order number, photo and let us know what happened. We'll help you to connect with the right product so you can experience the benefits to buy on Mereki Store.

What is your return policy?

We only accept returns for defect or damage items. Don't make any return unless your complaint has been processed and approved. Before you return any item we must be notified. Returned items must be in brand new condition and in the original packing as you receive it.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when they return any item.

We can process a replacement order subject to item availability or make a refund if the item is out of stock. We do not refund any shipping costs related to returns.
